Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed cases of migraine without aura based on ICHD-3, patient willing to give written consent for participation in the study, patient willing to undergo homoeopathic treatment, not undergoing any other simultaneous treatment for migraine without aura
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: patient with any other systemic illness, patient with major psychiatric disorder or cognitive impairment affecting proper case taking and follow-up, pregnant and lactating women, participation in other studies within the last 3 months
