Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 45 to 65 years Patients visiting General Medicine OPD Patients willing to give informed consent Patients with more than 2 modifiable risks for dementia Able to complete interviewer-administered or self reported questionnaires
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Clinically diagnosed dementia patient Known case of neurocognitive disorder Severe psychiatric illness Not cooperative Participants not completed full set of questionnaires
