Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Histologically confirmed squamous cell carcinoma of the oral tongue T1-T2 suitable for partial glossectomy Defect appropriate for buccinator myomucosal flap reconstruction Fit for surgery and anesthesia Written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Prior surgery or radiotherapy to the oral cavity that may affect flap design or function Recurrent disease Severe trismus or inadequate cheek tissue or OSMF Unfit for surgery Refusal to participate
