Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age group between 3-16 year. 2.Children having uncomplicated Pama (scabies) only. 3.Patient of both sexes. 4.Patient irrespective of religion, socioeconomic status.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.The child suffering from any chronic skin disease, immune suppressed systemic disorder. 2.Norwegian Scabies (crusted scabies). 3.Children with a history of allergic reactions of topical treatments.

1. Kandu (Itching) 2. Pidika (Burrows) 3. Daha (Burning sensation) 4. Srava (Discharge) 5. Distribution of the lesionsTimepoint: The assessment of the patients will be done at the interval of 7 days. 1. Assessment I: At registration (1 st day) 2. Assessment II: 7 th day, 3.Assessment III: 14th day. 4. Follow up: 21 st day Follow up (post treatment): Will be done after completion of treatment (21 st day).
