Inclusion criteria: Apparently Healthy Adults classified according to Prakriti.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects with known chronic gastrointestinal disorders. Subjects with lactose Intolerance. Subjects receiving Ayurvedic or Allopathic medications affecting digestion.
