Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients of both sexs of 15-45 years of age group satisfying ROMEIV criteria and willing to give consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients suffering with severe systemic illness such as malignancy, psychiatry illess and diseases history of pervious GI surgeries or bleeding pregnant and lactating mother weight loss iron deficiency anameia noctournal diarrhoea and on anti depressive treatments
