Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Primipara with normal vaginal delivery 21-35 years of age Have access to cell phone willing to attend 6 weeks follow up postnatal clinic, JIPMER

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Postpartum complication such as PPH Third or fourth degree perineal tear Known neurological or musculoskeletal disorders Uncontrolled hypertension or any cardiac condition disruption of perineal obstetric wound gapped episiotomy instrumental delivery
