Inclusion criteria: 1.females who can read and understand English and Kannada 2.had either vaginal delivery or caesarean section 3.females who are ready to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.females who are not willing to participate 2.females above 30 years and below 21 years 3.non primigravida females
