Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patient having symptoms of Vatarakta Gout Patient showing uric acid level above 7 mg dL in males and 6 mg dL in females Patients with age group of 18 to 70 years Patients indicated and fit for Basti Karma and Raktamokshana Patients of any socioeconomic status and any gender Patients who are ready to sign the consent form
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patient on opioids anticoagulant drugs and antiplatelet drugs Patient with bleeding disorders Patient with uncontrolled Diabetes Hypertension COPD Hyperthyroidism Hypothyroidism and other comorbidities Patient with positive viral serology test inflammatory markers and autoimmune HLA B27 test Patient with CKD Patient with terminal illness
