Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Are diagnosed with idiopathic Parkinsons disease Are classified as Hoehn and Yahr stages I to III Are aged 50 years or older Are able to follow instructions for respiratory testing Are medically stable Provide written informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Neurological disorders other than Parkinsons disease Chronic respiratory diseases such as COPD or asthma Acute respiratory infection within the past four weeks Severe cardiovascular disease Musculoskeletal conditions affecting respiratory movement History of thoracic or abdominal surgery Inability to perform spirometry procedures
