Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients of either gender aged 18 to 60 years with clinically diagnosed primary palmar hyperhidrosis. Patients with Hyperhidrosis Disease Severity Scale score of 3 or more. Patients who have failed conservative treatment and are willing to undergo ultrasound-guided stellate ganglion intervention. Patients willing to provide written informed consent and comply with the scheduled follow-up visits.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with coagulopathy or receiving anticoagulant therapy. Patients with local infection at the injection site. Patients with known allergy to lidocaine, dexamethasone or any drug used during the procedure. Patients with significant cardiopulmonary disease or an unstable medical condition. Pregnant or lactating women. Patients with secondary hyperhidrosis due to an underlying disease or medication. Patients unwilling to participate or unable to comply with the scheduled follow-up assessments.
