Inclusion criteria: Age Group 20 TO 60 Years in Both Sexes Presence of Clinical Features of Gridhrasi Ruk Toda Stambha Pain Along the Course of Sciatic Nerve Patients Fit for Basti Karma Positive Straight Leg Raising SLR Test

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age Below 20 Years and Above 60 Years Pregnant and Lactating Women History of Trauma Severe Systemic or Metabolic Disorders Degenerative Disorders with Marked Deformity
