Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Singleton pregnancy with history of preterm birth 2. Gestational age between 18-24 weeks 3. Women who have intact membranes 4. Pregnant women above 18years of age 5. Patient who give consent for the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women having suspected chromosomal abnormalities 2. Pregnant women having suspected chorioamnionitis 3. Multiple pregnancy 4. Pregnant women having placenta previa and abruptio placenta 5. Maternal medical disorders 6. Women who have not consented for study
