Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing emergency LSCS under spinal anaesthesia ASA 2/3

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Contraindication to spinal anaesthesia Patient refusal Pre existing hypertension, pre eclampsia, eclampsia Cardiovascular, renal or endocrine disorders Allergy to study drug Known fetal anomalies

ED50 of noradrenaline infusion for prevention of spinal induced hypotension following spinal anaesthesia in emergency LSCSTimepoint: Blood pressure, pulse rate and oxygen saturation will be monitored at base line, post spinal, 3 min,6 min,10 min and thereafter at 5 min interval till the delivery of baby or 15 min after spinal anaesthesia whichever is earlier
