Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Those who consent to participate in the study. 2. Those who are diagnosed with chronic rhinosinusitis without nasal polyp with at least two of the following symptoms a. nasal blockage or obstruction or congestion, b. nasal discharge anterior or posterior, c. facial pain or pressure, or reduction or loss of smell. 3. Subjects with moderate to severe symptoms indicated by SNOT 22 scores ranging from 21 to 100.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects with abnormal spirometry results Forced Vital Capacity less than 80 percent of predicted value, Forced Expiratory Volume in 1 second FEV1, FEV1 less than 80 percent of predicted value, FEV1 to FVC ratio, FEV1 to FVC ratio less than 70 percent. 2. Subjects with IgE levels 150 IU or more. 3. Subjects who require surgical management within 2 months. 4. Subjects with nasal tumours, acute sinusitis, allergic fungal rhinosinusitis, allergic rhinitis. 5. Subjects with severe hepatic and renal disease, and other severe medical conditions requiring immediate intervention. 6. Lund Mackay CT score greater than 14. 7. Subjects who are on corticosteroids. 8. Subjects with a history of epistaxis due to secondary cause. 9. Subjects who are pregnant or lactating. 10.Subjects who withdraw consent. 11. Subjects who are currently participating in any other clinical or interventional study. 12. Those who have learned Pranic Healing Techniques.
