Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All newly diagnosed adult patients of pulmonary tuberculosis as per the NTEP guidelines

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Not willing to give consent Chronic kidney disease and liver cirrhosis Patients on long term steroids or diuretics Patients with immunocompromised status Known case of addison disease or other endocrinal disease
