Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. History of ankle sprain of 1 or more in the past 12 months 2. Injury was associated with pain and swelling 3. Injury interrupted daily activities or decreased activities participation for at least a day 4. Recurrent sensation of giving away or weakness in the ankle joint 5. Cumberland ankle instability tool score of less than 24 6. Ability to use WhatsApp Video calling, Zoom calls or Google meet

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute musculoskeletal injury to other joints (hip, knee) of lower limb 2. History of fractures in lower limb extremity 3. History of previous surgeries of lower limb extremity 4. Any neurological or vestibular disorders 5. Unwilling to participate or provide consent 6. Inability to use video calling
