Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 18-40 years singleton pregnancy at term women undergoing elective or emergency LSCS

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: women having underlying diseases(kidney,heart,liver etc.) women with coagulopathies or bleeding disorder) women with abnormal placenta(placenta previa,abruption) risk factor for PPH history of PPH in previous de;ivery women with IUFD, eclampsia history of two or more caesarean delivery women undergoing caesarean section under general anesthesia
