Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Preterm with gestational age 30 weeks o day to 36 weeks 6 days and birth weight between 1000gm to less than 2500gm APGAR score of less than and equal to 6 at 5 min after birth without respiratory support Stable vital signs Absence of congenital anomalies Enrollment within 72 hours of life
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Requirement of mechanical ventilation Severe asphyxia Prenatal illicit drug exposure history Prior enrollment in other studies Diagnosis of necrotizing enterocolitis NEC Diagnosis of intracranial hemorrhage Positive blood cultur Fracture bone and presence of shoulder dystocia Presence of neonatal jaundice that required exchange blood transfusion
