Inclusion criteria: 1. ADULTS AGED BETWEEN 18 TO 65 YEARS. 2. PHYSICAL STATUS ASA I TO III 3. PATIENT UNGERGOING ELECTIVE SURGERY. 4. GA WITH ETT AND CONTROLLED MECHANICAL VENTILLATION

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. PATIENT WITH KNOWN PULMONARY DISEASE. 2. PATIENT WITH BMI MORE THAN 40. 3. PREGNANCY. 4. ANTICIPATED DIFFICULT AIRWAY. 5. VASOPRESSOR USE PRE INDUCTION.
