Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Clinical Healthy children aged 4 to 9 year old Cooperative behavior classified as positive and definitely positive Frankl behavior rating scale Maxillary and mandibular primary molar with International Caries Detection and Assessment System score of 3 Presence of asymptomatic enamel and dentin caries in one or more primary molars without radiographic signs of periapical pathosis Absence of any signs or symptoms of pulpal pathosis Radiographic Caries involving enamel and dentin No widening of the lamina dura

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Clinical Acute or chronic pulpal pain Physiologic mobility Extraoral swelling Presence of sinus tract or fistula formation Tender on palpation Presence of any signs or symptoms of pulpal pathosis Radiographic Caries involving pulp Widened lamina dura
