Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects willing to participate voluntarily and sign written informed consent form. Professional male Cricket fast Bowlers Age group of 18-35 years Subjects who show positive Load and shift test, Sulcus sign for Instability Subjects with previous episodes of Subluxation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects with history of any acute Shoulder injuries other than shoulder instability and ongoing rehabilitation for the same. Subjects who have undergone surgeries within past 6 months. Subjects with hypermobile shoulder.
