Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Tooth with carious pulp exposure. Tooth which is restorable. Tooth with at least two-third of intact root length. Teeth with necrotic pulp with no internal or external resorption. Traumatized teeth with fracture or caries involving the pulp irreversibly

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Tooth associated with the presence of abscess or exudate or fistulae, or underlying cysts. The tooth which is not restorable. More than 2/3rd of the root is resorbed. Tooth which are severely mobile. Children with systemic illness
