Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: singleton babies born after 34 weeks of GA with no signs of infection and whose parents are willing to participate in study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Congenital anomalies or Rh incompatibly or babies with infection or requiring NICU admission

To evaluate the effect of novel method of clamping the umbilical cord at 10 minutes following birth on hemoglobin and hemotocrit levels at 48 hours in late preterm and term neonates when compared with DCC at 60 seconds. To evaluate the effect on hemoglobin and ferritin levels at 3, 6 and 9 months To evaluate the risk of Hyperbilirubinemia based on serum bilirubin levels at 48 hoursTimepoint: 48hours of life, 3 months, 6 months and 9 months
