Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ASA 1-3 Patients, aged between 18-70 years, diagnosed with pituitary adenoma: both functional or non-functional tumours planned for endoscopic trans-nasal, trans-sphenoidal excision.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with pituitary adenoma undergoing combined transcranial and endoscopic approach for excision of tumour Major psychiatric illness or neurodegenerative disorders Patients with chronic renal failure stage 3 and above or liver failure undergoing endoscopic TNTS excision Patients with Mutism or Deafness or Blind or Intellectual disturbances. Patients with Cushings syndrome All patients with symptomatic hyponatremia with Sodium levels less than 125 meq per dL Patients with long standing diabetes more than 10 years with uncontrolled sugars Patient with history of microvascular diseases like ischaemic heart disease more than 10 years
