Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: i. 20 to 30 years of age ii. 50 percent of each gender iii. Able to perform a single leg stand for 30 seconds.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: i. Previous or current knee complaints ii. Previous or current ankle complaints iii. Previous or current hip complaints iv. Not willing to participate
