Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants willing to take part in the study. unilateral shoulder pain for at least 1 month pain over anterolateral region of shoulder impingement shoulder test Hawkins Kennedy and Neer should be positive currently not receiving any other rehabilitation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Apleys scratch test positive patients concurrent upper limb fracture, pathological fracture, open fracture, shoulder dislocation. partial or full thickness rupture of rotator cuff muscles past shoulder surgery preexisting inflammatory shoulder conditions suffering from any neurological, severe visual or hearing problems cervical pathologies systemic musculoskeletal disease
