Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Male Subjects of age group between 21 to 50 years. 2.Diagnosed case of ksheenashukra/Oligospermia with cardinal features like; Medravedana, Vrushana vedana, Maithunaashakti, Chiratpraseka, Alpapraseka, Saraktashukra darshanam. 3.Sperm count less than 15million/ml. 4.Subject fit for Virechana karma, Niruha basti and Uttarabasti. 5.Subjects who will give informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Subjects with Azoospermia. 2.Congenital or structural abnormalities like, undescended testes, bilateral absence of the vasdeferens, Down syndrome, Klinefelter s syndrome and Vericocele. 3.Subjects with other diseases like tuberculosis, diabetes with RBS more than 300mg/dl, hypertension with blood pressure more than 160 / 100 mm/hg and other systemic diseases like orchitis, renal diseases, cardiac disorders etc. which are interfere with the course of treatment. 4.Subjects with Reproductive tract infections, HIV, HbSAg, Gonorrhea, Genital-Herpes, Syphilis and other Sexually transmitted diseases.
