Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patient between the age of 18-60 years stage 1 grade A periodontitis diagnosed based on the criteria of 2017 world workshop on the classification of periodontal disease consensus report patient with pocket probing depth of less than 4mm clinical attachment of 1 to 2 mm

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects who have undergone periodontal treatment in the past 6 months Subjects on antibiotics and immunosuppressants in the past 6 months smokers, alcoholics, pregnant, and lactating women
