Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient age between 20 to 50 years. Gender both male and female. Patient with disc bulging Radiating pain Positive outcome measures

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age below 20 years and above 50 years old Patients with implanted electronic devices , metallic implant. Post fracture or any traumatic Injury. Serious spinal pathology Conditions that could affect their ability to participate in the exercises. Any contraindication to physiotherapy. Those who were currently receiving other forms of treatment for sub-acute lumbar radiculopathy that could confound the results.
