Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pregnant females with Pre-eclampsia and eclampsia posted for elective cesarean section, gestational age greater than 34 weeks, Injuction MgSO4 given

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Low platele count,INR more than 1.4, severe uncontrolled hypertension, feral distress requiring immediate delivery, refractory hypertension, HELLP syndrome with severe thrombocytopenia
