Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Nulliparous Females Females Having No Pelvic Pathology Age Group Since 11 To 24 Years Of Females Females Who Are Having Regular Menstrual Cycle Patient Who Will Give Written Consent To Participate In Study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Females Having Any Pelvic Pathology Cases Of Secondary Dysmenorrhoea Are To Be Excluded Females Below Age Of 11 And Above The Age Of 24 Years Patient On Oral Contraceptive Pills Or Any Other Mode Of Treatment

To assess the reduction of symptoms severity and debilitating effects of menstrual cramps in patient with drop in total WaLIDD Scor e In Approx 2 To 3 Cycle.Timepoint: minimum 3 follow ups will be mandatory during the study period First follow up will be done when needed. for than follow up duration. will be considered as per the progress of case
