Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients willing to participate in the study patients aged between 20 and 30 years with moderately and severely difficult impacted teeth according to pedersons difficulty index good oral hygiene

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients with systemic conditions patients with periapical pathologies patients with abscess pregnant females
