Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 Adolescent girls with Autism who started their menstrual cycle 2 Age range of the female children must be between 10 to 15 3 Participants must know either English or Tamil 4 Participants who scored 70to106 out of 200 Mild Autism and 107 to 153 out of 200 Moderate Autism on Indian Scale for Assessment Of Autism 5 Adolescent girls with Autism who had not received any medical treatment that could interfere with or suppress the menstrual cycle
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Adolescents in Autism with Visual or Auditory Impairment Adolescents in Autism Orthopedic conditions affecting mobility like postfracture condions and other Neurological conditions
