Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Adult age between 25 to 50 years who work in office and primarily undertake desk job less than 3 hours Diagnosis of continuing, non-specific neck discomfort that last 3 months or more 10 point pain scale, the intensity of neck discomfort must be at least 3 to 7 points A Neck Disability Index Score of greater than equal to 5 or 7, indicating moderate level of functional disability associated with neck pain
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: prevalence of particular causes of neck discomfort, such as recent cervical operations, infections, tumours, fractures, or inflammatory disorders. neurological symptoms associated with neck pain, such as weakness, numbness, vestibular conditions and altered reflexes that indicate nerve root compression. history of severe trauma. Shoulder pathologies that impair function, such as bursitis or rotator cuff tears. systemic disorders include rheumatoid arthritis. either a history of cervical spine surgery or pregnancy. severe psychological disorders or cognitive deficits that make it difficult to behave or participate. Current use of painkillers or other medicines that could affect the results
