Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Patients with classical features of Kaphaj Grahani as explained in classical texts. 2 Patients of either gender. 3 Patient aged between 20-55 years. 4 Patient not under any allopathic medicine. 5 Patients with Irritable Bowel syndrome- Diarrhoea predominant.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patient with uncontrolled metabolic and other systemic disease like HTN, T2 DM. 2 Patient with history of Inflammatory bowel disease , celiac disease, ulcerative colitis and any abdominal surgeries. 3 Patient with any malignant disease 4 Patient with psychiatric illness 5 Pregnant and lactating women.
