Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Year of Study: Students from different years of graduation (e.g., first-year, second-year, third year) will be included except Ayurveda. Institutes of Education: The study will be conducted at institutions that offer programs of graduation. Voluntary Participation: Students who agree to participate in the study by providing informed consent. Willingness to Complete Assessments: Participants must be willing to complete the Prakriti assessment and the VARK learning style inventory.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: K/C/O Students with Psychological Disorders K/C/O Learning disorders K/C/O Autism, Spectrum disorders H/O Genetic disorders or neurological disorders H/O recent psychological trauma, psychological medicine
