Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Standard fasting guideline followed . baseline vitals recorded . wide bore cannula (18G) USED FOR FLUID INFUSION.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria:ASA lll,lV. Hypotension.Age less than 18-more more than 60years.BMI more then 30.
