Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients of ASA I and II 2.Height between 145cm to 175cm 3.weight between 40 to 80 kg 4.patients of Mallam pati 1 and 2 5.Patients posted for infraumbilical surgery under subarachnoid block
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who are sensitive or allergic to glucocorticoids 2.Patients With chronic steroid therapy 3.Bleeding diathesis 4.present or past history of peptic ulcer disease 5.Patients with heart failure 6.Patients with viral or fungul infection 7.Any poorly controlled disease (ex-Hypertension Diabetes mellitus) 8.History of glaucoma 9.with preterm pregnancy or multiple pregnancies 10.refusal of patient
