Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age greater than 18 years old. Admission to ICU for Non cardiac causes sepsis stroke ARDS. Troponin T or I measured within 24 hrs of admission.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient with primary diagnosis of acute coronary syndrome ACS. Patient with end stage renal disease. Patient with do not resuscitate DNR status on admission. Patient who received CPR cardiopulmonary resuscitation prior to admission.
