Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All Diagnosed cases of age group between 18 years to 50 years of both sexes will be included. Patients with elevated levels of TSH above average and T3, T4 within normal limits. Patients willing to taper levothyroxine medicine.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients not willing to taper levothyroxine medication. Patients with raised Anti-TPO. Patients diagnosed with Hashimoto s Thyroiditis and Goiter with TSH above average and T3, T4 within normal range. Pregnant and lactating mother, Complicated cases with advance pathology will be excluded.
