Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult patients aged 18 65 years. ASA Physical Status I III. Scheduled for elective thoracic surgery requiring one-lung ventilation using a double-lumen endobronchial tube. Ability to provide written informed consent. Planned oral endotracheal intubation with a left-sided double-lumen tube.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Allergy to glycopyrrolate Difficult airway predictors Significant cardiovascular disease Glaucoma Emergency surgery Requirement of non-standard lung isolation technique Refusal to consent
