Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Children aged 6 12 years requiring local anesthetic administration for dental procedures such as bilateral extractions or pulpal therapy. 2.Children classified as Frankl Behavior Rating Scale III or IV, indicating cooperative or definitely positive behavior. 3.Medically healthy children categorized as ASA Physical Status I or II. 4.Children capable of understanding and following verbal instructions during dental treatment. 5.Children whose parents/guardians provide written informed consent, and where appropriate, the child provides assent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Children with significant behavioral problems or those classified as Frankl I or II. 2. Children with underlying systemic diseases or classified as ASA Physical Status III or above. 3. Children with physical, intellectual, or psychological disabilities that may interfere with pain assessment or cooperation. 4. Children with a known history of allergy or hypersensitivity to local anesthetic agents or topical anesthetic gels. 5. Uncooperative children who are unable to complete the procedure or pain assessment scales.
