Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. For chanters, greater than or equal to 5 years of regular chanting practice 2. For controls, no prior contemplative training 3. Willingness to participate and provide informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Neurological or psychiatric disorders 2. Psychoactive medication use 3. Substance dependence 4. Significant hearing impairments 5. Uncorrected vision problems affecting task performance
