Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosis of Hirayama disease by a neurosurgeon based on Magnetic Resonance Imaging. 2.Patients with clinical progression phase of Hirayama disease. 3.Willingness to participate in the assigned intervention.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with clinically stable phase of Hirayama disease. 2. Patients undergoing any other physical or behavioral intervention except cervical collar. 3.Participants with other co-morbidities that prevent practice of study interventions. 4. Contraindications to acupuncture. 5. Contraindications to Ayurveda therapies.
