Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants 18 to 40 years old. Participants diagnosed as having Post Traumatic Concussion injury by a neurologist Participants with chronic persistent photophobia and headache after 3 months of concussion injury. Participants with best corrected visual acuity 6/6 for distance and N6 for near Participants with normal anterior and posterior segments with normal Intraocular pressure Participants voluntarily giving informed consent and agreed to answer the physicians shared HIT6 questionnaire

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants with moderate to severe brain injury Participants with pre existing ocular conditions affecting pupil size Participants with Manifest Refraction Spherical Equivalent worse than minus four diopters of myopia or greater than plus two diopters of hyperopia in either eye Participants with recent eye surgeries Participants on any medications which can affect pupil size
