Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for older adults: Older adults aged 60 years and above Of either gender Living independently within the community Older adults with adequate understanding and communication abilities Able to communicate in English or Konkani. Inclusion criteria for caregivers: Caregivers of older adults who are above the age of 18 years Of either gender Able to communicate in English or Konkani Caregivers with adequate understanding and communication abilities
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for older adults: Older adults who are bedridden Older adults who use mobility aids such as walkers, rollators, or wheelchairs With severe cognitive or psychiatric disorders that are self-reported, caregiver-reported or observed by the investigator With communication disorders or articulation disorders such as aphasia, dysarthria or fluency disorder like stuttering Exclusion criteria for caregivers: Paid caregivers With severe cognitive or psychiatric disorders that are self-reported or observed by the investigator With communication disorders or articulation disorders, aphasia, dysarthria or fluency disorder like stuttering
