Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: diagnosed with diabetic frozen shoulder, stage 1 and 2 of frozen shoulder, Unilateral side involvement, willing to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Recent fracture around the shoulder complex, 2. Open wound or skin disease, 3. Other Rheumatologic conditions, Bone tumors, Osteoporosis. 4. Subjects on NSAIDS 5. prior manipulation under anesthesia of the shoulder joint, 6. Previous shoulder surgeries or trauma, history of subluxation or dislocation 7. Peripheral neuropathy, cervical pathologies, any neurological conditions or any other serious pathology.
