The purpose of this study is to compare the effectiveness of regular physiotherapy and physiotherapy with early exercises of the core muscles for the treatment of low back disc surgery. This will be done to check if early exercises of the core muscles can help to relieve pain and aid in better recovery of the patient

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients posted for Lumbar Discectomy Age: (18- 60) Gender both: Male and Female Patients undergoing single level lumbar Discectomy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with emergency Cauda equina syndrome Post op radiculopathy pain. Patient with cervical myelopathy symptoms Intra op Dural tear CSF leak Post op neurologic deficits
