Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age group 18-55 years. Both male and female. VAS score more than 3 and less than 7. Patients with sub-acute and CLBP with non-specific mechanical low back pain, typically defined as pain atleast 4 weeks. Subjects willing to participate in the study. Ability to Communicate : Ability to understand and respond to assessment questions adequately.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age group not less than 17 years and more than 56 years Children not applicable. Individuals with recent injury to the lower back, impaired sensation, spinal conditions such as prolapsed, extruded intervertebral disc, herniated disc, stenosis. Participants who have any neurological deficits, red flags Such as severe trauma, unexplained weight loss, or history of cancer, or systemic illnesses causing low back pain. A number of serious conditions would contraindicate the use of Efficacy of Spinal Stabilization with High-Intensity Laser in Reducing Pain and Disability in Mechanical Low Back Pain. Specific low back pain: This includes serious pathologies like Lumbar radiculopathy or myelopathy, Fractures or tumors, Infections e.g. discitis, Ankylosing spondylitis, Cauda equina syndrome, Severe nerve compression. Systemic conditions Patients with systemic diseases like rheumatoid arthritis, advanced osteoporosis, or a history of spine surgery are typically excluded from this treatment. Other factors Additional exclusions may include recent trauma, pregnancy, or morbid obesity.
